Work with me
A clear path. One conversation at a time.
It starts with a no-pitch intro call. If we're a fit, the work follows a clear rhythm: we talk, we map, we kickstart, and we maintain. Each step is designed to help you see yourself clearly and live more like the person you're becoming.
"And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom."
— Anaïs Nin
The Coaching Process
Start here
No-Pitch Intro Call
20–30 minutes
This is where we see if we're a fit. You tell me what's going on, I tell you how I work, and we both decide if it makes sense to move forward. No pitch, no pressure.
- A free conversation about what you're looking for
- Honest answers about whether coaching is the right next step
- A chance to feel into the fit before committing
- No sales tactics — just a real conversation
Step 1
Discovery Conversation
One hour
We talk about the small and big things — what's working, what isn't, and where you want to go. This hour is real coaching: we name the real question and begin to see the shape of what's next.
- A wide-ranging conversation about your life and work
- We identify patterns, stuck points, and possibilities
- You leave with clarity on the path forward
- This is where the coaching begins
Step 2
Future Self Intensive
2–3 hours
A focused session where we map out your future self and start breaking the path into pieces. We look at the version of you that's waiting and what needs to shift for you to step into it.
- 2–3 hour deep-dive (virtual or in-person in Bend)
- Map your future self across work, body, relationships, and purpose
- Break the path into clear, actionable pieces
- Somatic grounding to anchor the work
Step 3
Kickstart Sessions
Four one-hour sessions
Four sessions to put the plan into motion. We build momentum, refine the path, and give you practices and tools that help you live more like your future self now.
- Four weekly or biweekly 1:1 sessions
- Custom somatic practices and frameworks
- Real-time adjustments as you move
- Build habits that sustain the change
Step 4
Ongoing Maintenance
Monthly + ad-hoc
Monthly check-ins to keep you aligned, plus ad-hoc one-hour sessions whenever you need a regroup. Growth isn't linear — this is the container that keeps you moving.
- Monthly one-hour maintenance sessions
- Ad-hoc 1-hour regroups as needed
- Voxer support between sessions
- Priority access to Bend retreats and intensives

Writing as practice
Rebels Who Write & writing circles
You leave with what's actually in your head and heart on the page — often for the first time. The circle is a small, held group; the prompts are rooted in somatic and parts work; the point isn't to become a writer, it's to hear yourself clearly. (I founded Rebels Who Write in Bend for exactly this reason.)
- In-person circles in Bend, Oregon
- Virtual circles for clients anywhere
- Guided prompts rooted in somatic & IFS work
- No experience required — this isn't about being a writer
"Writing starts as a cleansing and clearing exercise and turns into a place where real honesty comes out."
— Erin

Common questions
Is this therapy?+
No. Coaching is forward-focused — we work from where you are toward what you want to build. If something surfaces that needs therapeutic support, I'll say so. My somatic and mindfulness work is about awareness and regulation, not diagnosis or treatment.
Is now the right time?+
Usually yes. You don't need a crisis to grow. The best work often happens when things are going fine and you sense there's more available to you.
What if I don't know what I want?+
Almost no one does at the start. That's the work. Your body often knows before your mind does — we learn to listen to both.
Do you offer sliding scale?+
A limited number of reduced-cost spots are available each quarter. Ask on our discovery call.
What's the somatic/mindfulness piece actually like?+
It depends on you. It might be a guided body scan at the start of a session. It might be noticing where tension shows up when you talk about something that matters. It might be breath work to settle your nervous system. Nothing performative — just practical tools for real life.
